Purpose Of The United Methodist Women

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to develop a creative supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the Church.

Following the passing of our long-time leader we are reorganizing. 

We are seeking ideas and input. In the past we have supported local charities and missions with our time, energy and funds obtained through fundraisers. Additionally, we've organized social events.

If your ideal Christian women's group should have certain characteristics that are important to you, your timing couldn't be better. We need and seek your input. Please tell us what you would like to see in a Christian women's group for you.
